Brian Higginson, AIA, is the Vice President of the firm of Higginson Architects, Inc.

 

Brian Higginson, AIA, has been in the Architectural industry since graduating High School in 2003, and has worked on multiple projects over the years including business and medical office facilities, educational facilities, industrial facilities, as well as the private sector.


Mr. Higginson has worked with multiple agencies including planning, building and
safety, as well as both the fire and police departments. Mr. Higginson also has experience with client interaction, consultant coordination, team organization, team organization, production and monitoring of presentation and construction document preparation, as well as project management, bid openings and construction administration.
He has extensive experience with multiple local plan check processes in the state of California, as well as with the Division of the State Architect (DSA) submittal and approval process.

Two-story, 186,000 SF, tilt-up concrete research and development building with site work.
- Lovekin Tennis Court Complex, Riverside City College, Riverside, CA: Installation of multiple
modular PC buildings for athletic staff, music building and practice area, toilet building, total of ten Tennis courts with full height fencing, benches, shade structures, hardscape, and landscape, and reworking of existing parking lot and ADA parking.
